Call me a business swiss army knife. Whether deep diving into operational complexity, re-budgeting after a seismic business change, or debating the best font with the creative team, I like to wear many hats. The through-line: building programs that take ambiguity to architecture, designing the experiences that make them land, growing the people inside them, and telling the story that carries it all. Program & Operations

I build the thing and keep it running. Whether it's a net-new program, a broken process, or a strategy that needs an operator to land it, I work from ambiguity to architecture. I've run roadmap alignment with VP and C-suite stakeholders, built operating rhythms from scratch, managed vendors and budgets, and shipped programs that actually stuck.

— Owned and managed $2M+ across high-visibility executive initiatives at Lyft, overseeing contracting, resourcing, and end-to-end operational execution

— Architected and launched the people team operating rhythm at Zendesk, building the infrastructure that kept a distributed org aligned and moving

I design the experience and deliver it: live, virtual, and everything in between. I've built onboarding programs, coaching playbooks, manager toolkits, and rep-ready resources that teams actually use. I train facilitators too, so the program scales past me. If the goal is behavior change, I build toward that outcome from the first design decision.

I understand what good looks like at every level and I build toward it.
